exchanges & returns policy.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy.
  • Clip-ins, Tape-ins, Ponytails and Volumizers come with separate samples, with the main set sealed.  Do not break or remove the seal. You can take the sample out to check color, length, and texture, but if you return the product, ensure it's placed back in its compartment in the same condition as received.
  • Wigs and Hair Toppers do not include samples. You can take them out of their packaging to check color, length, size, and texture. However, please ensure they are not altered in any way, as we cannot accept them back if altered.
  • Exchanges and returns are free for US customers. International customers must cover shipping fees for exchanges or returns.
  • Express shipping and package protection fees are non-refundable once the service is used.
  • Synthetic wigs are final sale items and cannot be returned.
  • All returns undergo thorough inspection before being reintegrated into inventory. If a product is ineligible for exchange or refund (due to opened seals, usage, or missing/tampered sample weft), it will be donated to a recycling company for hygiene and safety reasons. Products failing inspection will not be returned.

 

How to return/exchange?

All returns must be registered before reaching our warehouse. We cannot be held accountable for returns sent without prior notification.

US Orders

  • Ensure your product adheres to our Return Policy and email us at help@irresistibleme.com a photo showing the seal intact on the main side of the tube or bag along with the reason for the return.
  • For wigs and hair toppers, no photo is required. However, please email us a confirmation that the items are in the same condition as when received (the lace must be intact, and the hair should not be styled, washed, cut, or dyed).
  • Once you've emailed us, and we've received the requested details, we'll send you a return label.


International orders

We don't provide prepaid return labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs outside the U.S.

Return processing time

Returns are typically processed within 10 business days from the date we receive them at the warehouse. Once processed, our customer care team will reach out to you.
